The Third Quarter Square is a unique phase characterized by opposing movements. On one hand, the energy from the recent Full Moon is still strong, with usable energy; although it is waning. On the other hand, we are only a week away from the next New Moon, and the energy that peaked a week ago is quickly diminishing. The Third Quarter Square is often seen as a crisis of consciousness, requiring evaluating the past three weeks to make informed decisions. Exploring the meaning of these experiences is an important part of our process.

In our society, there is often an emphasis on constant action, but it is crucial to recognize the value of contemplation and reflection. During periods of activity and fulfillment, while immersed in tasks and Full Moon realization, we are just starting to see the bigger picture. However, in the midst of it all, it can be challenging to fully grasp the implications of what has happened. Only when we gain some distance from an event or an internal revelation can we better extract its necessary meaning.

The Moon sextile to Uranus means that the powerful energy we discussed last week continues to be palpable, emphasizing the importance of discovering our authentic selves. When the outer planets touch our lives, it goes beyond passing events or emotions; it involves connecting with our fundamental needs, which may be suppressed or dormant. It is easy to become disconnected from what drives us due to societal pressures and upbringing. However, Uranian energy reminds us that an individual's joy, creative process, and means of expression matter. Our unique contributions are innately valuable, even though this is not always easy to perceive. During this moon phase, we may experience internal struggles related to Uranian themes, especially if we feel a sense of inhibition in expressing ourselves.

The ongoing T-square between Venus opposing Pluto and squaring Jupiter continues in a new way. Venus has moved into Leo from Cancer and is heading towards a conjunction with Mars. Leo prompts us to identify what truly ignites our passion and creativity according to our nature. Just as Leo shines brightly with grandeur, charisma, and vibrant energy, it can also bring about doubts and projections of grandiosity.

Anyone striving to embody Leo's solar qualities must recognize that their efforts will inevitably stir up inner shadows and external challenges. This realization initiates a new phase of questioning and growth. Life becomes simpler when Leo embraces the understanding that it is not the source of light but a conduit for its expression. This awareness makes Leo's actions driven by genuine needs rather than ego. Leo can find contentment in being true to itself, which brings peace and gratitude for simplicity.

Venus's opposition to Pluto calls us to confront unconscious fears for our creativity to be more powerfully expressed. To impartially observe our unconscious, we must acknowledge that it uncovers not only our personal issues but also humanity's collective experiences. Pluto's transformative journey encompasses the interplay of life and death. Embracing this process nurtures a deep commitment to authenticity, even if it means prioritizing our true selves over societal expectations. By aligning with our higher nature and liberating ourselves from limiting beliefs, we gain a heightened sensitivity to discern the necessary steps for expressing our purpose. This movement will only get stronger in the next New Moon cycle.
